AegleWell cannot and does not guarantee specific results, improvements, or outcomes related to sleep, stress, mood, resilience, or wellbeing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AegleWell Inc., its leadership, staff, volunteers, representatives, and partners are not liable for:
- Injuries or adverse reactions
- Misuse of resources or tools
- Decisions made based on AegleWell materials
- Outcomes related to participation in any program
- Technical issues or inaccuracies on AegleWell.org

Although AegleWell Inc. is not a covered entity under HIPAA, we voluntarily follow strong privacy practices to protect health-related, spiritual, or personal information shared with us.

We do not store or maintain clinical medical records on AegleWell.org.
