AegleWell.org – Terms of Use

Welcome to AegleWell.org (“Site”), operated by AegleWell Inc. (“AegleWell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site.

Wellness experiences are individual.
AegleWell cannot and does not guarantee specific results, improvements, or outcomes related to sleep, stress, mood, resilience, or wellbeing.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AegleWell Inc., its leadership, staff, volunteers, representatives, and partners are not liable for:

  • Injuries or adverse reactions
  • Misuse of resources or tools
  • Decisions made based on AegleWell materials
  • Outcomes related to participation in any program
  • Technical issues or inaccuracies on AegleWell.org


By choosing to participate or use our resources, you acknowledge and accept these terms and assume any associated risks.

Although AegleWell Inc. is not a covered entity under HIPAA, we voluntarily follow strong privacy practices to protect health-related, spiritual, or personal information shared with us.


1. Information We May Receive

  • General wellness concerns
  • Background information shared voluntarily
  • Support needs
  • Participation in wellbeing, spiritual, or ministry programs


We do not store or maintain clinical medical records on AegleWell.org.


2. How We Protect Information

  • Confidential handling of all personal stories
  • Secure digital storage
  • Limited staff access
  • Use of information only for program support


3. How Information Is Used

Health-related or emotional-wellbeing information is used only to:

  • Provide appropriate support or referrals
