Michele Meiners is an accomplished executive leader, entrepreneur, and nonprofit advocate with extensive experience in organizational leadership, strategic partnerships, and community development. As Chief Executive Officer of AegleWell Inc., she provides executive leadership for the organization, overseeing strategic growth, national partnerships, organizational development, and the implementation of AegleWell's mission.

A proud Native American representing the Navajo, Chippewa, and Pawnee Nations, Michele has dedicated her career to supporting nonprofit organizations, Indigenous communities, youth development, and cultural preservation. She is recognized for her ability to unite public, private, and nonprofit partners to develop sustainable solutions that strengthen organizations and create lasting community impact.

Jamilyn Fenn is a seasoned nonprofit executive with more than 15 years of experience in grant strategy, nonprofit leadership, compliance, financial stewardship, and community development. As Founder and Chief Operating Officer of AegleWell Inc., she oversees organizational operations, strategic growth, grant development, compliance, and program implementation, advancing innovative initiatives that strengthen wellness, resilience, workforce development, veterans services, and community health.

An ordained non-denominational minister, Jamilyn combines faith-based leadership with extensive expertise in securing grant funding, building sustainable funding strategies, and developing mission-driven organizations. She is recognized for creating high-impact programs, strengthening organizational capacity, and fostering collaborative partnerships that expand services for veterans, Indigenous communities, families, and underserved populations.

With a reputation for integrity, transparency, and results-driven leadership, Jamilyn combines executive management, grant strategy, financial expertise, and compassionate service to build sustainable organizations, maximize mission impact, and create lasting change for the communities AegleWell serves.

AegleWell's Board of Directors provides independent governance, strategic oversight, and fiduciary responsibility to ensure the organization fulfills its mission with integrity, accountability, and long-term sustainability. Larry Howard is a visionary entrepreneur, Army veteran, and executive leader with decades of experience building organizations, advancing healthcare innovation, and leading mission-driven initiatives. As Founder, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors for AegleWell Inc., he provides strategic leadership, organizational oversight, and long-term vision, guiding the organization's mission while fostering partnerships that strengthen communities and expand opportunities for future generations.

Throughout his career, Larry has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of multiple companies, helping generate hundreds of millions of dollars in business growth while raising millions for medical research. A published author and pioneer in health innovation, his work has contributed to advancements in nutraceuticals, stem cell research, addiction recovery, and emerging wellness technologies that have influenced healthcare initiatives both nationally and internationally.

Edward "Edd" Thiele is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with decades of experience in finance, business consulting, organizational development, and executive leadership. As Vice President of the Board of Directors for AegleWell Inc., he provides strategic oversight, organizational guidance, and governance that support the organization's long-term sustainability, collaborative partnerships, and mission-driven growth.

As President of Geo Scan Inc. and Managing Partner of CC Explorations, he has built extensive expertise in strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, and developing innovative solutions that support responsible growth and long-term sustainability.

As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dynasty Construction Imports and Mod-Labs, Steven has built innovative companies specializing in modular construction and sustainable building solutions. A licensed B100 General Contractor, interior designer, and global construction materials broker, he has spent nearly two decades developing international supply chains, leading large-scale commercial projects, and creating collaborative solutions that expand economic opportunity and strengthen communities.

A graduate of Brigham Young University and New York University's Stern School of Business, Kevin has founded and led successful technology and media ventures throughout his career. His lifelong commitment to youth development includes years of coaching Little League and high school football, basketball, baseball, and track, mentoring young athletes while fostering leadership, teamwork, discipline, and personal growth. He also served as President of the Tuxtla Gutiérrez Mexico Mission, where he worked alongside hundreds of volunteer missionaries and thousands of families, strengthening communities through servant leadership and cross-cultural collaboration.

Peter "Joe" Webster is a retired Lieutenant Colonel (LTC),  US Army, seasoned human resources executive, and organizational leader with more than 30 years of experience in human resources, workforce development, organizational leadership, and compliance. As a member of the Board of Directors for AegleWell Inc., he provides strategic guidance that strengthens veteran services, workforce development, organizational governance, and long-term community impact.

Throughout his career, Joe has held executive leadership positions with nationally recognized organizations, bringing extensive expertise in human resources, employment law, labor relations, organizational development, compliance, and strategic workforce planning. His distinguished military service and executive leadership reflect a lifelong commitment to servant leadership, operational excellence, and developing strong, mission-focused teams.
