AegleWell's Executive Leadership Team is responsible for the day-to-day management, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the organization. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the executive team oversees organizational growth, program development, financial stewardship, grant administration, compliance, partnerships, and the successful implementation of AegleWell's mission.

Jamilyn Fenn is a seasoned nonprofit executive with more than 15 years of experience in grant strategy, nonprofit leadership, compliance, financial stewardship, and community development. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AegleWell Inc., she provides executive leadership for the organization, overseeing strategic growth, organizational operations, grant development, compliance, partnerships, and program implementation while advancing initiatives that strengthen wellness, resilience, workforce development, veteran services, and community health.

An ordained non-denominational minister, Jamilyn combines faith-based leadership with extensive expertise in securing grant funding, developing sustainable funding strategies, and building mission-driven organizations. She is recognized for creating high-impact programs, strengthening organizational capacity, and fostering collaborative partnerships that expand services for veterans, Indigenous communities, families, and underserved populations.

With a reputation for integrity, transparency, and results-driven leadership, Jamilyn combines executive management, grant strategy, financial expertise, and compassionate service to guide AegleWell’s vision, build sustainable programs, maximize mission impact, and create lasting change for the communities the organization serves.

Keli Huskinson is an experienced healthcare professional, educator, and operational leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning pharmacy services, special education, behavioral support, employee training, and regulatory compliance. As Chief Operating Officer of AegleWell Inc., she helps oversee organizational operations, program implementation, internal systems, staff support, and compliance while strengthening the organization’s ability to deliver consistent, mission-driven services.

A graduate of Dixie State University with degrees in Art and Theater, Keli has built a diverse career across healthcare, education, and behavioral support. Her pharmacy leadership experience includes sterile and nonsterile compounding, hazardous medication preparation, regulatory and insurance audits, inventory management, employee training, medical records, and the development of protocols and educational materials. She has also worked extensively with children and teens with autism and other support needs, including roles in special education, 504 coordination, resource instruction, reading support, SPED coordination, and behavioral intervention.

With a reputation for compassion, attention to detail, and practical leadership, Keli combines healthcare expertise, educational experience, compliance knowledge, and operational management to strengthen AegleWell’s internal capacity and advance the organization’s mission of building healthier individuals, stronger families, and thriving communities.

AegleWell's Board of Directors provides independent governance, strategic oversight, and fiduciary responsibility to ensure the organization fulfills its mission with integrity, accountability, and long-term sustainability. Representing diverse backgrounds in healthcare, nonprofit leadership, finance, business, workforce development, technology, mental health, housing, and community engagement, the Board guides organizational strategy while safeguarding the public trust.

Dierdre Monroe is an accomplished executive and nonprofit leader with more than 25 years of experience in financial management, business strategy, legal operations, and organizational leadership. As President of the Board of Directors for AegleWell Inc., she provides governance leadership, strategic oversight, and organizational guidance that support accountability, long-term sustainability, and mission-driven growth.

A seasoned entrepreneur, bookkeeper, paralegal, and business consultant, Dierdre has helped businesses and nonprofit organizations build strong financial systems, improve operational efficiency, and navigate complex administrative and regulatory requirements. Her expertise in finance, legal operations, governance, and organizational development provides valuable perspective in overseeing AegleWell’s continued growth and responsible stewardship.

Jonathan R. Huskinson is a skilled trades professional, operations leader, and community advocate with extensive experience in technical services, workforce leadership, and team development. As Vice President of the Board of Directors for AegleWell Inc., he provides strategic guidance and governance that support workforce development, community engagement, organizational growth, and AegleWell’s commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for the communities it serves.

A graduate of Dixie Applied Technology College in Diesel Mechanics, Jonathan brings hands-on expertise in mechanical systems, hydraulics, equipment operations, production assembly, inventory management, testing, and calibration. His career has included leadership and technical roles across manufacturing, heavy equipment, fiber-optic infrastructure, automotive service, and equipment repair. Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish, Jonathan also brings a strong cross-cultural perspective shaped by international service and travel.

With a lifelong commitment to serving others, Jonathan combines practical leadership, technical expertise, workforce experience, and a passion for community involvement to strengthen AegleWell’s governance, support pathways to education and skilled employment, and advance the organization’s mission of building healthier individuals, stronger families, and thriving communities.

Jessica Kleinman is a nonprofit leader, Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS), and behavioral health advocate dedicated to advancing mental wellness, trauma-informed care, and long-term recovery. As Secretary of the Board of Directors for AegleWell Inc., she supports strong governance, organizational documentation, board coordination, and strategic oversight while contributing specialized expertise in behavioral health, peer support, community wellness, and compassionate, person-centered care.

Drawing from both professional training and lived experience, Jessica has extensive leadership experience in nonprofit development, recovery services, and organizational management. She is passionate about building ethical, sustainable programs that empower individuals through education, accountability, emotional wellness, and evidence-informed practices that foster resilience and lasting personal growth.

Casey Crawford is an accomplished financial and operations professional with extensive experience in bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and multi-unit operations. As Treasurer of the Board of Directors for AegleWell Inc., she provides financial oversight, fiscal stewardship, and strategic guidance that strengthen accountability, transparency, and the organization’s long-term sustainability.

Throughout her professional career, Casey has managed full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple revenue streams, payroll for more than 60 employees, accounts receivable and payable, profit-and-loss reporting, cash-flow monitoring, licensing, regulatory compliance, records management, and operational systems. Her experience across finance, human resources, and administration provides valuable perspective on maintaining accurate financial systems, sound documentation, and responsible organizational growth.

Peter “Joe” Webster is a retired Lieutenant Colonel (LTC), U.S. Army veteran, seasoned human resources executive, and organizational leader with more than 30 years of experience in human resources, workforce development, organizational leadership, and compliance. As the Veteran Services representative on the Board of Directors for AegleWell Inc., he provides strategic guidance that strengthens veteran-focused programs, workforce opportunities, organizational governance, and long-term community impact.

Throughout his career, Joe has held executive leadership positions with nationally recognized organizations, bringing extensive expertise in human resources, employment law, labor relations, organizational development, compliance, and strategic workforce planning. His distinguished military service and executive leadership reflect a lifelong commitment to servant leadership, operational excellence, and developing strong, mission-focused teams.

AegleWell's Advisory Board serves as a trusted group of subject-matter experts, community leaders, professionals, and strategic partners who provide insight, guidance, and specialized expertise to support the organization's mission and continued growth. Representing diverse backgrounds in healthcare, public safety, nonprofit leadership, finance, business, workforce development, technology, mental health, housing, education, community engagement, and other areas aligned with AegleWell's programs, Advisory Board members help strengthen the organization's knowledge, partnerships, and community impact.

Unlike the Board of Directors, the Advisory Board does not exercise fiduciary or governing authority over AegleWell. Instead, members serve in a consultative capacity, offering recommendations, identifying emerging needs and opportunities, sharing professional expertise, and helping connect AegleWell with resources, organizations, and communities that can advance its work.

Working alongside the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team, the Advisory Board helps inform program development, strategic initiatives, community partnerships, and innovative solutions. Larry Howard is a visionary entrepreneur, Army veteran, and executive leader with decades of experience building organizations, advancing healthcare innovation, and leading mission-driven initiatives. As President of AegleWell Inc.’s Advisory Board, he provides strategic insight, long-term vision, and executive guidance that support organizational growth, innovation, and collaborative partnerships.

Throughout his career, Larry has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of multiple companies, helping generate hundreds of millions of dollars in business growth while raising millions for medical research. A published author and pioneer in health innovation, his work has contributed to advancements in nutraceuticals, stem cell research, addiction recovery, and emerging wellness technologies with national and international reach.

Edward "Edd" Thiele is a seasoned executive, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor with decades of experience in finance, business consulting, organizational development, and executive leadership. As Vice President of AegleWell Inc.’s Advisory Board, he provides strategic insight, organizational guidance, and financial perspective that support the organization’s long-term sustainability, collaborative partnerships, and mission-driven growth.

Throughout his career, Edd has held leadership positions in the securities industry, management consulting, business development, and entrepreneurship, helping organizations improve operational performance, strengthen financial strategy, and achieve sustainable growth.
